We focus on building an inspiring life, by looking at today and visualising and planning for your ideal future. As a career coach, I will also give you all the tools, skills and confidence to take the risk of reinvention.

- Bringing into full awareness your current story and lived experience. Taking the time to unpack the consequences of this story for your life and job satisfaction. Understanding the sources of meaning in your life and uncovering your life’s purpose.
- Dreaming, crafting and discovering what life and vocation you would like to live into. Risking putting into words what lives quietly in your heart.
- Looking at the path towards your ideal life with a realistic assessment of what you can achieve with the time and resources available to you. Finding the time and energy to pursue your dreams by maximising your daily schedule.
TOOLS, SKILLS AND BUILDING CONFIDENCE
- Exploring For-profit and Non-profit organisations which align with your purpose
- Writing an enticing CV
- Optimising LinkedIn to maximise your opportunities
- Preparation and role-play for interviews
- Recreating your existing job to include more meaning and to align with your purpose.

- Writing a business plan and laying the foundation for launch (either full-time or as a side hustle)
Coaching works brilliantly when a trusting and sustained relationship is built up with coach and client, and we can have a free “chemistry” session to see if this will be the case for us.
VIRTUAL COACHING for EXTRA SPECIAL CLIENTS
Telephonic, Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams coaching according to your preference
Coaching starts from R850 per hour for once-off sessions, but life and career reinvention takes time, and it is more effective to work consistently over time to reach your goals.
For this reason, three packages have been created, and each one offers tools and activities to achieve life changing outcomes.
It is important to note that I only ever take on two coaching clients at a time. You will be receiving my full attention, since I will not be overloaded with clients. If there is no space for you currently, there is a waiting list available.
Life Refresh & Realignment
Two Month Package
This package consists of 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month (one every two weeks, for a total of 4 sessions). Email and messaging contact will be maintained.
In addition to coaching, the following value-adding activities and tools will be provided:
- Finding your Purpose in Life assessment and unpacking the findings
- Understanding where meaning in life can be found according to Viktor Frankl.
- Understanding what is draining you and how to reclaim this energy to transform your life. Creating an optimal daily schedule which aligns with your priorities and helps you to achieve more than you thought possible each day.
- Your personal narratives exercise – the stories you tell yourself about your life and the impact of these. Crafting new, more powerful life and career stories.
- Creating a vision board

Mini-Life & Career Make-over
Three Month Package
This package consists of 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month (one every two weeks, for a total of 6 sessions). Email and messaging contact will be maintained.
In addition to the coaching, all the value-adding activities and tools from package one are included as well as the following:
- Happiness vs Meaning and understanding how both have played out in the map of our lives.
- Developing a spiritual foundation for work and career – create spiritual principles to live by in your working life
- Targeting a possible new career / job / own business
- Developing an impactful and focused one page CV
- Assessment of current LinkedIn profile and updating this for success
- Using LinkedIn as a career tool and positioning yourself for success

Midlife Complete Reinvention
Six Month Package
This package consists of 2 x 60 minute coaching sessions per month (one every two weeks, for a total of 12 sessions). Email and messaging contact will be maintained.
In addition to the coaching, all the value-adding activities and tools from packages one and two are included as well as:
- Developing a comprehensive career strategy, and this would involve either reinvigorating your own job; finding a new job; or starting your own business. The practical tools would include –
- Reinventing own job – working on your mindset, unused opportunities, and the powerful technique of job crafting – or –
- Finding a new job – using the tools of an impactful CV; LinkedIn profile and a focused job search, gain the skills to present yourself powerfully in a job interview. This would include job interview role play and debrief – or –
- Start your own business (either full-time or a side hustle) – exploring becoming a solopreneur and creating a business case (Lean Business Canvas). Put in place some of the foundations for business success.
